"Very nice staff"

"Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita. A cama estava muito confortável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento ótimo. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome do rapaz que nos atendeu. Mas ele foi muito prestativo."

"We didn’t have a refrigerator and not enough towels. Carpet is very old and worn and the bathroom was awful"

"We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn."

"Stayed here because there wasn't anywhere else to stay in town. The room, however, smelled strongly of cigarettes and had several burns in the comforter. The very kind gentleman at the front desk would have switched us to a different room, but they were completely full. Haven't stayed in a Super 8 in decades, so I think I will skip it next time."

"Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel."

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The hotel smelled like weed during my entire stay. It was nauseating trying to sleep with the smell seeping into my room all night. The guests next door had a shouting match both nights around 12:30 am which kept me from falling asleep until after 2 am. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread and cereal. I won’t be staying here again."

"Bathroom toilet was turned off due to water would not shut off when filling up. I fixed that shower would leak from back corner of tub when used people getting high everywhere in and out of a smokeless hotel went to the extent where I took my kids back in from the pool due to someone rolling one and smoking with kids in the pool. Pulled the sofa bed out to find pee stains in multiple sheets went to the front desk to get new sheets cleaned the mattress myself."
