"Everything was great."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"Located adjacent to a good seafood restaurant - the staff was excellent. Parking was tight (our neighbor had an enormous pickup truck), but usable. An excellent Italian restaurant called Vino was less than 2 miles away. We’d stay again in the fall, not sure what summertime bug situation would be."

"The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, and they were the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property that need attention. The room had an unpleasant odor, and I saw baby roaches during my stay, which was very concerning. In addition, the parking lot needs better lighting, as it felt too dark at night and raised safety concerns. "The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great."

"Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect."

"After I checked in, I was resting in my room when someone knocked on the door. I asked, “Who is it?” and was told that the manager wanted to see me. I explained that I was resting and asked why the manager wanted to see me and whether I could simply call her instead. The person at the door replied, “I’m just delivering the message.” I then called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. After I identified myself, she promptly said, “There’s a gentleman in your room.” Confused, I...

"The staff is very nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The laundry in vending machines are useful. The rooms need a real deep cleaning. Buildup of dust and grime in every corner and crevice. Overall, not bad for the price."
