Beach vacation

Accommodations were clean and as advertised. Location was excellent. Would stay again. Would not do the beach rental equipment in the future. There are cheaper options locally.

This condo had everything we needed, and the view was exceptional! We were one block in from the beach, but could always see the view. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and truly was a get-away for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay - perfect location

We had such a lovely extended stay at this property. The location is perfect, the view serene, and the condo was very comfortable for our small family and pets. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, which was great since we were there for so long, but cooking isn't necessary when you're so close to so many great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

Mixed Feelings

Washington STATE fam flying to SC. Parking a little confusing. Other reviews say to not mess that up. One of the elevators did not work. We showed up to an unclean condo. Towels on the floor, beds not made, dirty floors, etc. Called the number listed and shortly after received a call that a cleaning team was on the way and it was a mistake in their system. With such a short trip (4 nights) coming from so farā€”this was a fairly huge inconvenience. Nice crew showed up and we were told to send our receipt for dinnerā€”which we did not do as we had eaten earlier. We ended up getting back to the condo and going to bed. Night oneā€”gone. Location:Conveniently located. Though across a street and parking lot from the beachā€”itā€™s really not bad. We watched dolphins from our deck one morning. Amenities: OK. The pool wasnā€™t the cleanest. It was windy and was full of leaves. I cleaned it myself x2 days with the net provided. Pool was not warm enough for all kids to swim comfortably. They preferred the ocean. Super bummer for a family with kids of all ages, adjusting to a time change and having some kids sleep longer than othersā€¦taking older kids swimming in the morning wasnā€™t an option. Refund:$266.00ā€“funny because the nightly rate on my end is listed as $342.24. Not having a vrbo space ready and then shorting the people who showed up to an unclean space probably isnā€™t the route Iā€™d go. The talk and apologies were good, but Iā€™m not sure what $266 covers. Folly Beach: Great.

Beautiful Folly Beach Vacation

We had a great time, very clean great location to the beach and within walking distance to activitites like learning to Surf and Dolphin tour. I would recommend this property anytime.

Folly Family getaway

Pavilion Watch was perfect for our family. All adults with two dogs. Three bedrooms and three baths met the needs of my family. The condo was furnished beautifully with a large deck and a view across the tides parking lot of the ocean waves and a short access to the beach. Parking in the shade in walking distance to all resturants. Thanks for another great Folly experience.

Condo had a great view. Bedrooms were large & spacious. There were two elevators which was nice. Easy walk to beach or downtown shops. However, condo had very low water pressure so it was hard to get a nice hot shower. There was no kitchen table to eat at. Beds were comfy but sheets did not fit bed. There were no instructions for how to work TV. Condo next door was very loud. We had a good trip but will choose a different condo next time.

This was an amazing place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. Location was greatā€¦it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and to the beach. The management company was very responsive to an issue I had in the beginning. The condo was clean and well stocked. We would love to come back again next year.

Perfect location and great unit

The location of this unit was awesome. Beach views, easy beach access, and right near the restaurants and shops. I really liked the keyless entry and text communications when the unit was ready - and our unit was ready before check in time. We found the unit to have a great layout for our family with teens, giving everyone their own space. It was also a very quiet unit - I didn't hear sounds from other units in the building. The beds were super comfortable, providing some of the best rest I've had away from home. The owners have bedding with memory foam and additional foam toppers, so these beds really need some "deep pocket" sheets, not the provided standard sheets. The sheets kept popping off the beds at night. We had a great time here and my entire family would love to return again!

Great property with short walk to beach! If you park in spaces not directly under the building, you better have a parking tag hanging, otherwise, you will get towed to North Charleston and it will cost you over $200. Saw the towing company setting in the parking lot just waiting!!

Great Vacation Rental

My family and I have been vacationing in Folly Beach for the past 16 years. We've stayed in different places all over the island, but this is probably the best place we've rented. It was immaculately clean, beautiful view of the ocean, and was well stocked with everything you need. We were absolutely shocked when we saw it had a Keurig, portable fans in every room, hand soap, dish soap, a working ice maker that was full of ice when we got there, plenty of extra linens, and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. It is also close to everything in Folly Beach. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach within 2-3 minutes. We also got a beach gear rental credit of $175 for staying here. Our chairs, umbrella, and bike were delivered and waiting on us when we got there. When it comes to vacation rentals, it is definitely true that you get what you pay for. This is the most expensive rental we've paid for in Folly Beach for our yearly trip, but it is the nicest/best place we've stayed. We really wanted to stay a full week, but couldn't afford the two extra days. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Great location, very clean

This listing had everything we needed. Located in the heart of Folly surrounded by restaurants/bars and the beach on the other side, the unit was exactly as specified and was very clean as advertised. Highly recommend.
