Welcome to Seacoast Villa 7! This ocean view villa Sleeps 6 and offers gorgeous, unobstructed views. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo. The unbeatable location is across the street from the ocean, and just 1.5 blocks to downtown Folly Beach, with all the cozy shops and restaurants.

This villa features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to ocean view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 4 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom offers access to a private full bathroom and closet.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Free parking is available with one spot under the building an open parking in the lot.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
An Elevator is available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
Pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Great location. Amazing beachfront views. Very spacious and well equipped unit. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor recommendation would be to provide more blankets for the cooler weather periods.

The apartment has a wonderful ocean view, is across the street from the beach and is centrally located in town. We used the bedrooms with the king and queen beds for the four of us and did not use the third bedroom with the twin beds. The property was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the listing/ communication with the host was clear and reasonable. All in all we loved just about everything about the property and will look to rebook for our next visit.

Great location and great condo. The only negatives are the parking spot is a little small/hard to get in to so we had to park out front (never had a problem getting a spot), and the baking supplies need updating (ie. not a full set of measuring cups, one can opener wouldn’t cut, and the muffin pan was rusted). But these are very specific negatives and honestly do not deter from a 5 star rating. Will look to book again for sure.

Location, location, location. Great views from the balcony made it feel like you were actually on the beach. Restaurants, stores, bars all within walking distance. Cool little town.

During the first day, we noted that the sliding back door that goes directly out to the balcony was broken and was unable to latch or lock. Being on the 3rd floor and having a 3 year old made us extremely uneasy due to the potential hazard which could result in extensive injuries including death. We notified the maintenance department who arrived after two days and their initial recommendation was putting a wooden rod into the door slide to prevent the door from opening. We noted to maintenance that the slider was on the exterior and this not a feasible option. The initial call was on made on Friday, 5/28/21 the day after our arrival; maintenance arrived on Saturday, 5/29/21 to evaluate (and recommended replacement). After Saturday, 5/29/21 we never heard anything back from them. For the next 5 days we had to ensure that the door stayed closed to ensure that our 3 year old did not open the door on his own.

This condo was perfect for relaxing on the porch, a very quick 2 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to a bar or restaurant in town or a 20 minute drive into downtown Charleston. The furnishings were all comfortable, modern and clean. Parking was easy and covered. There was a blender, a, regular drip coffee maker AND a Keurig which I would have liked to know ahead so I could bring my own Kcups from home rather than buying a bag of coffee that we can't use the leftovers of. There is also a blow dryer in the master bath. There were no leftover salt, pepper, spices or basic food ingredients in the house, and they ask that you remove everything when you leave. This is totally fine and probably safer with COVID, just be aware that if you have plans to cook bring your own. Of note, Google Maps brought us to the front of the complex, where the entrance is actually at the back of the building (parking is diagonal and one way). Also the parking is pretty tight, but there is plenty of uncovered parking connected if you have a large vehicle. We loved our stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed the home. Wish owners would put TVs in other 2bedrooms and improve tv packages . Kitchen dishes , bowls, etc. needs improvement. We will not be staying here again.

The view was beautiful and loved hearing the waves rolling in. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed. We were at the end of the street so it was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

The location is the best! The couch is quite worn and not too comfortable and the lack of certain cable channels (especially The Weather Channel) was annoying. The elevator was out of service one night and was an inconvenience since the unit is on the 3rd (really 4th floor due to parking on the ground floor), but it was back in working order fairly quickly after I emailed the management company.

SEACOAST 7 was the perfect rental for our family vacation! Loved the 3rd floor unit that offered unobstructed views of the ocean (our favorite feature)! The condo was clean upon arrival, well equipped with all we needed for our week at Folly. One suggestion, and this is NOT a complaint, would be to replace/ add additional skillets for cooking. They're were only 2 small skillets and one was in bad shape. Other than that, everything truly was perfect and this unit exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every single minute and would most definitely rent this unit again!

The condo was very nice, well equipped and great location on the beach. Very spacious and 3 bathrooms were great. Folly beach area is older area with older homes however our condo was updated somewhat with nice appliances and nice kitchen. Nice outdoor space with beach view. Beds were comfortable. If I return I'll rent again.
