The open-plan living room offers direct access to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning ocean views. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light make this space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The fully renovated kitchen features custom cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Itās equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, with ample counter space for cooking and entertaining.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with private balcony access, ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom featuring his and her sinks, a large tub, and a separate shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Twin beds with a private en-suite bathroom, perfect for additional guests or children.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are updated with modern fixtures, including tiled showers and granite vanities. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for guest convenience.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Please note that there is ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Neighboring villas on the east end are currently replacing their sliding doors. As a result, the east end pool and elevator is expected to remain closed until July.
