Living Area: The expansive first floor welcomes you with gleaming hardwood flooring and an open-concept layout that includes a spacious dining area and a state-of-the-art designer kitchen. Relax in the oceanfront sitting room or entertain in the cutting-edge entertainment room, offering ample space for gathering with friends and family.

Kitchen: Fully equipped designer kitchen with modern appliances and elegant finishes, perfect for preparing meals for your group.

First Level:
Bedroom #1: Two queen beds with a private shower and sink.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private full bathroom.
Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the first level.

Second Level:
Bedroom #3: King bed with a private bathroom.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed with a private bathroom.
Bedroom #5: King bed sharing a full bathroom with the oceanfront sitting area.
Sitting Room: Daybed with two twin beds, perfect for additional guests.

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms, plus two half-bathrooms, designed for comfort and convenience. The luxurious oceanfront bathroom on the second floor features a vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Outdoor Space:
Oceanfront Deck: Accessible from the first floor, the deck offers private access to the beach and the perfect setting to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves.
Rooftop Terrace: The third-floor terrace features an oceanfront sun deck, covered game room, and a cabana with a tiki bar, creating the perfect ambience for evening relaxation.

Special Note: Please be aware that the elevator is currently out of service with no set schedule for repair or replacement.

The home was awesome! The views were absolutely stunning! We stayed to celebrate my momā€™s 70th birthday so the elevator certainly came in handy! The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils that we needed, the home was very clean and tidy as well.

Enjoyed our time at this beach front rental with family ages 60-88 years old. Loved the outdoor shaded dining area where we enjoyed our meals. This area has a nice dining table and comfortable couches. The roof top deck was wonderful. A few of us even slept up there listening to the waves all night. The elevator was helpful for our 88 year old mother. I wish it would have gone all the way to the roof top area for her. There is plenty of room for a large group to enjoy whether you're inside or outside. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the property Mangement group was excellent.They were easy to contact before and during our time there. Having the ability to reach someone at any time of day is very important to me when renting. If any problems arise having contact information and then actually being able to reach a live staff person 24/7 is vital. Beds were comfortable. We used the beach rental credit provided by the property to rent bikes and enjoyed biking around on the island. The location of this home is perfect. Close enough to walk to the Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shops if you desire yet you are far enough away from that area that does get busy in the evening. Being right on the beach and having the amazing ocean view is what this property is all about and what you are paying for. From the roof top the sunrise and sunset views are beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again.

10 friends from high school together after 50 years stayed for a week. We had plenty of room, easy access to beach, every appliance we could think of in a large kitchen. Watched beautiful sunrise from comfortable porch. Would go back again, everything very nice

This house was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was so nice. His wife took care of so many creative neat touches that really made you feel like a welcome guest. We loved the sugar cubes for our morning coffee!! We a wonderful stay in this wonderful home!

from the moment we opened the front door we just gasped. the beauty of the home hit you immediately and the view of the ocean was spectacular. the home was easy to use and was very well stocked. the access to the beach was easy and the outdoor hose and shower made cleaning off sand so easy. the house was loaded with entertainment. we just loved every minute

Perfect family home on the ocean in Folly Beach. This home offers lots of space for the family to branch out and relax in various different locations around the home as well as wonderful entertaining spaces. Our family really enjoyed the rooftop game room and we loved having coffee each morning at the end of the beach walkway with the ocean almost at our feet. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and made it a pleasure to cook for the family while on vacation. My only regret was not taking advantage of the enormous soaking tub in the 2nd floor primary while looking out over the ocean. Next time!!!

Beautiful thoughtfully laid out home perfect for a gathering. enough room to spread out - and a beautiful common area and deck - right on the beach. Rooftop deck with a pool table - and bar to watch the sunsets... Perfect. Walking distance to the Center Street area - for added fun. love love love this home.

We had 8 adults and two kids under 12 at this house for a week. We loved the big open living and dining spaces. You could see the ocean from throughout the first floor. Itā€™s really close to town so we walked there often. The porch and roof deck were well done and the kids enjoyed the game room. Our only negative was that most of the bedrooms had a smaller bed than desired making it harder for some couples to be comfortable.

Perfect location and ideal layout/room for a small group of friends. The kitchen was well-stocked and the elevator was definitely a plus. The rooftop deck and game room was the highlight of the stay. So happy to have that when the wind on the beach was too much. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in your beautiful home after our daughterā€™s wedding in Charleston . The home and property were absolutely perfect!! The main living area is gorgeous, as well as every other aspect of the house. The elevator was so perfect for transporting luggage in and out. I wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks because 3 days wasnā€™t enough. We would love to stay here again!! Thank you!!!

The Pink Flamingo is an AMAZING property, the details of the house were so defined, you can tell the owners love this property. The best house that I have ever rented, I have already told friends about the house and I plan to return in the near future.
