This open floor plan has sight lines into the living room area where everyone can gather to watch their favorite shows. You will find a king size bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. The middle bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a flat screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. A large deck out front with a grill below, perfect for outdoor entertaining. You will have private parking for three vehicles, as well as an outdoor shower and fenced-in yard. Really everything you need for a great vacation! Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.

Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.
