Seaclusion, the third Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (2 queen beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).
