The Secret Garden in Florence

Delightful ground floor apartment just outside the historic center of Florence. The historic center is still easily reachable on foot with beautiful walks along the Arno (Ponte Vecchio 25', Palazzo Vecchio 30', Florence Cathedral 30', which will allow you to admire breathtaking views of Florence. Having the tram stop next to the house the journey to and from Florence airport, Santa Maria Novella station, Fortezza da Basso and many other places is very simple and fast. The apartment with bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and mezzanine with single bed. Large garden with wooden and tiled deck. Furnished with quality materials, paintings by artists and objects collected on various trips of my life. I will leave you in the company of many books to immerse yourself in, lots of music (with Alexa and the piano if you know how to play) and in general a place that is very dear to me that I built with so much love. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is composed of: a double bedroom that has a large wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and chests of drawers; an armchair; a living room with a super comfortable double sofa bed (with real mattresses!) that will be opened only if there are more than 2 guests or on request with a supplement for sheets. In the living room you will also find a beautiful piano, a dresser and access to the garden; a kitchen with an elegant semi-island and stools equipped with a fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, oven, induction hob, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils and access to the garden; bathroom with large shower, sink, bidet, toilet, shelves and hairdryer; guests will be provided with a set of towels; "the boat": I renamed it like this because when I thought of it and designed it I thought of the sea and the rooms of boats. It is an intimate and romantic space created behind the bookcase which consists of a single bed 1.65 cm long (5.41 feet) high reachable with a wooden ladder. Ideal for children aged 7 and up and for dreamers... large garden with wooden deck and a tiled part. In the garden you will find a small tool shed with a washing machine inside. The garden will be equipped with a table with chairs, umbrella, deckchairs, coffee table, outdoor armchair and hammock from mid-April until September. Although in the winter the garden will be free of such equipment, the view of the garden from the living room, kitchen and bathroom remains precious and gives depth and another touch of beauty to your gaze. You can communicate with the host using the Airbnb chat and the telephone number that will be provided at the time of booking. The rooms that have a door are the master bedroom and the bathroom; the living room has a covering curtain and the boat has a beauty curtain made of rope thread. The apartment has a fan and an air conditioning split in the kitchen that however spreads the air in all the rooms if kept open. In addition, in the apartment you will find the WI-FI network and a list of taverns, restaurants to try in the area and things to do and see nearby! Check-in is available from 3:30 pm to 9 pm. Always inform us of your arrival time. If you arrive later, an additional cost will be applied. Between 8 pm and 10 pm = 20 euros between 10 pm and midnight = 35 euros between midnight and 1:30 am = 50 euros Check out is expected at any time by 10:00 am. Please inform us of your departure time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is not allowed to host external people without authorization and registration. It is strictly forbidden by Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 10:30 PM. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave: the environment belongs to everyone and is not in good condition, let's help it, all together.
