Our apartment is in an excellent position to move comfortably in the main points of Florence!
On foot in a few minutes you can reach the Arno, the Santa Maria Novella station and the Piazza del Duomo.

In addition, the apartment is close to via Borgognissanti, full of shops, bars and restaurants, also very well known.
In fact, we recommend the restaurant "13 Gobbi" and the trattoria "Sostanza", better known as "il Troia", perfect places for those who love Florentine cuisine.

Our apartment, located in a central position, adjacent to via Borgognissanti where you can find shops, restaurants but also rent bicycles, cars and scooters to visit the city and via dei Fossi, famous for its antique shops. Near the apartment is the Excelsior hotel where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif on the splendid panoramic terrace.
It is equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure you a pleasant stay.

It is located on the ground floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate four people.
The spaces are divided into:

Kitchen living room. Traditional oven, microwave, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.
Bathroom. Shower box, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
Bedroom. Double bed, wardrobe with mirror, television and split air conditioning.
Other services available. Free Wifi, iron and ironing board and clothesline.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 23:00 and 24:00 >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.

The neighborhood is full of shops, excellent restaurants (Italian and international) designed to satisfy every need, trattorias, bars and clubs to make aperitifs.
Considering Florence a very quiet city, our area also remains very safe both day and night.
Ideal for everyday shopping is the Conad supermarket within walking distance.
In our street there is the Marconi multiplex cinema always full of first visions.
Last but not least, all the most famous car rental agencies (Avis, Hertz, Europecar, Maggiore etc.) are located between Borgo Ognissanti and Maso Finiguerra, which will allow you to rent a car for daily trips or to continue your journey to your next destination.
