"The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, views were breathtaking, and the pools were amazing.
I must say we were disappointed the lazy river was out of order and the hot tub was not working.
The day of check in the elevator was out of order having to climb five flights of stairs ( not good). We got stuck in the elevator on our last night. Due to rain, the bathroom in the restaurant Zen had puddle of water.
There are some things that needs to be more attention."

"Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine."

"First let me start by saying I have stayed here multiple times before and this time is my last! Upon arriving no issues until the lady walked me to the room, I realize the door knob was shaky but she seemingly open the door with the key so I didn't think anything of it until the next day when I wanted to go out and explore. I attempted to locked the door with the key. The door DOESNT lock! Safety issue, so I slept with a knife underneath my pillow for two night (i never felt threatened but you...
