"Planned and looked forward to our Key West trip. Although the location was ideal, the condition and amenities were very disappointing. Cleanliness, AC unit, wifi, not enforcing rules of neighbors boats, just disappointing and a lot of money not spent well."

"The host told us shortly before check-in that the bathroom was not really functioning and encouraged us to use the bathrooms and showers in the clubhouse. Furthermore, he needed one hour EVERY time we wanted to leave or get there. We never checked in, this was ridiculous."
