"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. "This was our third time staying at Estancia! We keep coming back because the service and cleanliness are excellent and the unit w/ A and B fits our family of five perfectly. Brad and Joey were by far the most helpful property managers we’ve ever had. Their cheat sheet was extremely helpful and we dined at a few of the recommended restaurants off property which were great!
