āž¼ Hiking within a couple of minutes' drive!
āž¼ Enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer without even getting into your car.

The Space:
Walk in the front door to the living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. Just down the hall are a half-bathroom and a full spacious kitchen with a dining room table. Up the stairs to the right is a King bedroom with a small deck and seating! Around the corner is a full bathroom. And across the stairs is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom!

*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*

Not that great

I dont understand the ā€œexcellentā€ rating of this property. The house sleeps 6. Although there were only 2 of us we had some people over for dinner. There are only four plates in the house. The ceiling fans in the bedroom are unusable. They make so much noise and literally look they are about to plop out of the ceiling at any moment. There is one tiny couch. So if there are 6 people I am not sure where they are supposed to sit. Also four dining chairs. Pretty sure some of the bath mats were not laundered. Kind of icky. We made last minute plans to to go Flagstaff over the holiday weekend. If I could have found other accommodations I would have left. The house is just generally unkempt and rundown. Every time I encounter a short term rental like this I remember why I need I just stick with hotels.

Perfect stay

My husband and I stayed at this rental for a bouldering trip. This is the second time weā€™ve stayed here because we enjoy the cleanliness, responsive staff, and location. Itā€™s close enough to downtown that you can walk everywhere but far enough away that itā€™s quiet at night. I spent most of the long weekend on the porch or couch reading. While I was outside, I was greeted by a friendly neighborhood cat who kept me company. It was the perfect spring weekend in the cool temps! The thermostat responded well to the fluctuations in temperature (low 40s at night and 80 during the day) and we were comfortable during our stay.

Cozy Home in a Great Location

The home was lovely, very comfortable in a perfect location near downtown and close to the major roads leading to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. There were extra pillows and towels which we really appreciate. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and New

We enjoyed our stay. The newly renovated townhouse was well equipped with all the amenities one needs for a stay away from home. The garage was a plus for parking car because the neighborhood was rather sketchy; very old with thrashed and rundown homes. Although very quiet at night, it was not what we expected. The house is close to shopping and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The yard could use some cleanup. Not sure what you can do about the neighborhood cats lounging on the front porch chairs and scratching at the back door. Previous guests must have fed them.

Great little home away from home

We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the manager was very attentive when we had a question. Very close to the train station, restaurants, and the lovely historic downtown district. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We spent about 5 days here the week after Labor Day. It is right next to campus (across the street), but did not get loud even on Saturday night. Easy walk to downtown, tons of places to eat, and a short drive to a bunch of hikes. Having 2 and a half bathrooms was really nice and there are a ton of different pillows if you are picky about that. Easy check in process and very reasonable requests by the hosts before you leave (take out the trash and have the dirty dishes in the dishwasher). Would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable beds and beautiful interior

Comfy beds and pillows, clean, beautiful interior and bathrooms. Just be aware it is in the student district so can be noisy at night and surrounding area a bit run down. Very convenient for walking to the university or town center though.

Cozy home close to food and activities!

My husband and I came up to Flagstaff for a long weekend and needed something in close proximity to food and shops. This home is nestled around student housing (very close to NAU) so we were a little nervous about noise but it was negligible and completely canceled out using the provided sound machines. The amenities were excellent, with the fireplace keeping my husband warm, a full sized fridge with filtered water, and a comfortable master bedroom with a nice view outside. Check in was a breeze (having a garage to keep the car was a nice bonus) and we felt very secure the entire trip. We would stay here again!

Great experience, primo house!

We had a great stay. We arrived late in the evening and someone had come to turn on the lights and music. So nice not to have to stumble around in the dark!! Beds were comfy, nice linens, perfectly appointed. Host was very easy to communicate with and attentive. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Exploring Arizona

We met our son and his wife in Flagstaff- as a home base for some Arizona adventurers (kayaking Colorado, hiking Sedona, walnut canyon to name a few). House was great for 2 couples, would be a little cramped with any more. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have laundry on site. Parking for 2 cars ( garage and driveway). Excellent front door locking system (best/most secure Iā€™ve seen yet).
