thank you so much for staying with us. We do have more remote properties but they’re further away from town to acres in town. It’s about as remote as it gets but I have one on 10 acres but you’re about 15 to miles from downtown.

Thank you Jessica we loved having you and your other friends. As everybody can see from my reviews my customer service is amazing I answer my phone 24/7 keep my properties in tiptop shape. We have to pay the city to haul water to all of my cabins because they are on a lot of acres and there’s no city water lines. The water I have hauled in cost $125 for four people for two days so the more people the stay at my cabins the more water I have hauled in so that you never run out. All customers see the price before they book it and after they book it and are given the explanation as well. I was very nice to Jessica but she did not want to pay for the extra guests she invited. I explained to her I would be happy to give a 100% refund but i cannot lose money on her stay which i would have. She still choose to book and as you can see loved the house. We start our price out for a small family of 4 than go up from there. That way small families can afford to stay and when two families book it’s still very affordable for them as well.
