"Not spotless, but clean. Fairly new, as pictured and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well due to an allergic reaction to something in the apartment. Not sure if a previous guest had a pet there or if it was just dust under the furniture, but I was very ill. Everyone else in my family slept great and had no issues at all. We did look under furniture, just to check for pet hair and found an unopened beer can. So, the cleaning crew definitely missed some things, lol. Overall...

"No Mountain View unless you stand in the road! Poor advertising. Loud! Heard music at 11:30 pm and dogs barking at 7:00 am. Trains woke us up multiple times overnight. Little temperature control. Woke up overnight freezing! 64 degrees. Main tv was very outdated with a terrible interface. Nicely appointed. All Wal-Mart towels and rugs. Come on! I recognized them!!!Not a bad place to stay. Just not the relaxing retreat I needed"

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Great location - we went to Petrified Forrest, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Lava River Cave, Lowell Observatory, Sedona… and more. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable. Brewery was an added bonus being right downstairs. Host communicated well and appreciated the check-ins. Highly recommend. "
