The balcony and patio are not fancy but perfect for mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and had space for our things. Would recommend for a couples trip or small group. "

"Super quiet, easy to get to, cozy (as advertised), attentive and helpful host. No wifi (yet - coming soon!) but enough signal to run a hot spot off my phone. Great kitchen, comfy bed and couch. EASY access to rt 89, 66, I-40, 64, and 17 so you can get to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Winslow, and all points around Flagstaff. VERY convenient! "
