The Compass Star is just 150 feet from Flagler Beach's famous 6 miles of uninterrupted beach. Flagler Beach is uncluttered, lacking the condo high rises and crowds that are characteristic of so many other Florida Beaches. There is a big difference between a partial beach view hundreds of yards from the beach and a great, unobstructed, beach view.

Beach access is convenient at The Compass Star. Public beach access is available at both the 22nd and 23rd street walkovers. The 22nd street walkover is only a few hundred feet from The Compass Star. Guests enjoy having just a short walk to the beach that makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze.

Beach quality is top notch at The Compass Star. It's hard to enjoy the beach when you need to share it with hundreds of other people. At The Compass Star you'll enjoy the lack of crowds. The Compass Star is a newly built luxury home with unobstructed beach views. The Compass Star has 4 bedrooms and 2 decks spread out over 3 levels. The 3rd story deck offers unforgettable views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The inverted design has amazing views from the areas where you spend the most time. Enjoy dreamy bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with a cook top, an oven, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, an Instant Pot pressure cooker and an electric grill conveniently located on the deck outside the kitchen.

Flagler Beach is the best-kept secret in Florida. With 6 miles of unobstructed beaches, Flagler Beach is a barrier island beach town located between St Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Featuring Flagler Beach's famous A frame pier, this charming beach town has the Old Florida feel that is so hard to find these days. OCCUPANCY:

• Occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 guests with a maximum of 8 adults. At no time can there be more than a total of 10 people in the house.

• Guests will be in default of the Rental Agreement if they have more than 10 people in the house at any time. No parties at any time.

• We will rent only to responsible adults over the age of 25. Inquiries are not accepted from student groups or for weddings/events.

• Violations of any occupancy conditions will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund of rent and/or the security deposit.
