"The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. "Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed."

"Lugar incrivel!!! A porta do quarto dá de frente pro mar… 3 passos adiante e você está na areia da praia! O recepcionista Niel foi muito legal e prestativo conosco! O único arrependimento foi não ter ficado mais dias. Iremos voltar!
Obs: há apenas 1 único restaurante perto que dá pra ir a pé, então é melhor alugar um carro pra comprar alimento e conhecer melhor a ilha 🏝️ "

"We loved our stay at Coco’s. We were in Cabin 35 and it was amazing. The room was perfect, clean, and beautiful.
