"Staff were excellent. But the sports activity area when we went there was no one available and we left after one and half hour. When we asked whom to contact the staff in the beach are themselves did not know whom to contact.
We went next day 9:30 Am , we were told that there was no single seater kayak available. There were couple of damaged single seaters. Staff told us that only 1 or 2 in working condition. There were about 8 kayaks which were damaged."

"Our stay here was extremely disappointing! The one good thing about the resort was the views and the plunge pool. The rooms was not functional, there was no full length mirror, only 2 mirrors on the sink. This is definitely not an all inclusive resort. "Lugar incrivel!!! A porta do quarto dá de frente pro mar… 3 passos adiante e você está na areia da praia! O recepcionista Niel foi muito legal e prestativo conosco! O único arrependimento foi não ter ficado mais dias. Iremos voltar!

"We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking.
Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. She left a welcome sheet providing her mobile number incase we needed it, numbers of taxis etc.
The cottage was beautiful with a living area with two small couches, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge water cooler and 2 plate hob.

Our room was number 9 on the superior floor reached by stairs. It is a cozy apartmente with room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a small porch where you can rest while having breakfast or reading a book. The air condition is a need.
