The adjacent restaurant was really good. We had Mexican food for dinner. Next morning, several breakfast options are complimentary for hotel guests. I had fried eggs, sausage and toast. The sausage was especially good.

There is nothing in Fillmore. Resort is a motel but it is in good condition. The cafe serving breakfast did not open at the stated time.

Our stay here was great! The check in was easy, and the staff member was happy and courteous and explained everything well. We stayed for one night, the bed was quite comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. I love that it had a black washcloth to take my makeup off with, instead of a white one! The only slight downside to our stay, is that the hot tub was not hot. It was slightly cooler than the pool water, but on the plus side, the pool was warm enough for me to get in! Which says a lot, because I never get it pools haha. So that was kind of a bummer, but still a good stay overall. We played 9 holes of golf (beautiful course!) and our room on on the side of the golf course, and the view out to the course, and all around, was incredible with the sunset. We would absolutely stay here again!!

My Sister and I stayed one night here. It was our second time this summer while passing through. They are pet friendly and have a wonderful area to walk the dogs. The breakfast is delicious. Great place for an over nighter while traveling.

Bring your own pillow
The pillows were much too thick to be comfortable on the neck. Although the mattress was comfortable we didnt get any sleep. Ceiling fans would be nice to have in the rooms to circulate the air. The restaurant was supposed to open at 6:30 am but at 6:35 although someone was in there guests were outside waiting but they were still not open. We've stayed here numerous times with excellent results but apparently things have changed.

The motel seemed to be having bad days when I was there. The in-house breakfast was reduced to has browns and pancakes (only) one morning; the next morning there was no hot water for showers. Other than that, rooms were good and service was above average.

There were some issues that were a total disaster. The tv did not work and the staff was not able to correct it. We were told there would be a discount on the charges but I do not see one. I will never stay in that hotel ever again.

Should Have Been Better for a Best Western
The room was satisfactory but if you're hoping for a good experience with their breakfast and customer service, set your expectations much lower. Their free breakfast was at their restaurant they own which wasn't the problem. The service was extremely subpar. Because they were "so busy" (they had 25-30% of their restaurant full), they actually rejected a customer because they weren't staying at the hotel, actually telling them, "Because you're not staying at the hotel and we're really busy, we can't serve you"...even though they were closing in 20 minutes. It's as if we, the customers, were an inconvenience to them. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to a pool. So the room was fine for the most part, with exception to our room trash not having been dumped prior to our arrival. Would I stay here again? Highly UNLIKELY.

thank you for your stay and letting us know of your experience here. We regret that you were unhappy with the restaurant. We have it leased to the people that do the Mexican food and they require us to be out or there just a few minutes after 10:30 so we are unable to serve people that come in close to that time if we are busy.
