Master bedroom with en-suite, 2ND bedroom with full size bunk beds, lounge/dining room with leather corna sofa, 32" flat screen tv, sky television, free WI-fi. Dining room table & chairs. Fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, electric oven & washing machine. Complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym. The Property would benefit from More wine glasses. Teaspoons, new Mattress on all the beds. A Grill or Frying pan,, ensuring before guests arrive. The hot water is working . To ensure Shower workThis Property is central situated, which is a good point.Nice to Have Bath sheets Basically TLC.

Had a lovely time at Graham's appartment. The location was beautiful, the appartment had everything we needed plus more very homely and comfortable. Communication with Graham was quick and easy nothing was to much trouble. We even stayed a extra night as we loved it that much. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. We had a lovely stay, location and site have everything you could need for a seaside holiday. However the room could do with a deep clean ,carpets needs replacing and most of the lights were out aroud the apartment. More than 1 mirror and 1 bin would be handy (there is another mirror in onsuite if yout 6ft tall lol) master bed desperately in need of a new mattress (kids said bunk beds were absolutely fine) kitchen really well equipped, just needed a frying pan and a plastic jug.... Also make sure you are happy to be off grid, signal and WiFi terrible. (Makes the kids actially speak to u haha) Over all a great weekend just a small snagging list for future guests xxx

Could be better.

Stains on the carpet, broken freezer box in fridge it was taped up meaning fridge and our contents always wet!. Crumbs left on carpet but when we tried to hoover up hoover full so wasn't picking up. No hot water but to be fair the owner did send out a plumber on the Sunday morning so that was soon sorted. Kitchen utensils very sparse no frying pan only a couple of pans.

We had a lovely week as a family of 4. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for the summer holidays. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. WiFi signal wasn't great which was a challenge at times with two teenagers. Parking was good. Mattress in the main bedroom could do with replacing as it was uncomfortable. Overall though we had a lovely holiday.

The flat was a good size, in a great location and with good onsite facilities including ample parking. It would have been 5 star if the carpets were less stained, the mattresses were not so poor and uncomfortable (they simply need renewing!!)

Comfortable and relaxing

We have stayed in this apartment before and find it excellent value for money and in an ideal location for our needs.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and is all on one level on the first floor.There are plenty of facilities at The Bay and access to the beach is about a 5 minute walk down a dedicated footpath.The beach is very clean and and nice to explore plus Filey is not to far away.There is also parking spaces just outside the apartment which is convenient.We had a short break and really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future.Thank you.

2 night stay.

Loved staying in this spacious apartment, its a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Excellent location & even though we stayed on Halloween it was very quiet especially to say it was in a school holiday. Hope to be back soon.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment at The Bay Filey, is in a great location, easy parking and access to the apartment was easy. The apartment itself has a lovely feel to it, but a few things would make it even better - a frying pan, a few more oven trays for cooking, perhaps a welcome pack that had a dish cloth for washing pots. In between the sofa needs a good hoover, blind in the main bedroom doesn’t block the light, and the bunk bed mattresses need replacing. None of this impacted our stay, and I would return, just a few things that would make the place perfect!

Lovely quiet stay

Clean, well-appointed, spacious apartment. Nice quiet location, now we are past peak-season. Exactly what we needed to get away from it all. (Shame about the sea-fret, but that's hardly their fault lol)

Alles klebt

Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine helle, moderne, erstaunlich geräumige und (eigentlich) gemütliche Wohnung in der ersten Etage. Allerdings wurde der erste positive Eindruck ziemlich schnell dadurch getrübt, dass die Wohnung leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt war: Sand in den Duschen, staubiger Teppich und sämtliche Oberflächen klebten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wirklich jeden Gegenstand in der, zugegebenermaßen gut ausgestatteten Küche vor Gebrauch gründlich spülen zu müssen. Im Wandschrank zerknüllte Laken und Handtücher und in einer Schublade, Schmutzwäsche der Vormieter waren auch nicht sehr einladend. Das (kostenlose) WLAN funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht. Da konnte der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus den Eindruck auch nicht mehr retten. Sehr schade!
