The house of 257 m2 distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms equipped with AC and fan each one. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other two have 2 single beds each. A crib and high chair are available. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are 2 more bathrooms serving the whole house, 1 with shower and bathtub, and 1 toilet. The living-dining room is very cozy, has 2 sofas, 1 small table, 1 TV-Sat, fireplace and stove and 1 large window with wonderful views; the dining room is equipped with a table and chairs, and the kitchen, independent and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The whole house and its' surroundings breath peace and tranquility. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature surroundings. The house is situated at only 2km from s'Horta, where you will find basic products for your holiday. Within 15 minutes by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Natural Parc Mondragó, or the long, famous beach of Es Trenc, in 20 minutes. The well-known turistic village of Cala d'Or is only 6km away. It offers a wide range of activities, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Vall d'Or is only 4,5km away.
