Nice!
My son and I enjoy our stay. We came to visit my sister and brother in law. He is on hospice. It was nice to get to relax and have our own rooms.

I really enjoyed this property it was accommodating. It was clean, smelled nice and the bed was comfortable the only problem was that the outside lights didn’t work so it was pitch black and a bit scary

Nice Trip
Property was very clean and well maintained. The pictures were very accurate. Stayed in winter time for a short get away. Back deck and hot tub was wooded and private. Overall great place to stay.

Great for Weekend Getaway
The cottage and amenities were as described in the listing, and very clean. It was a good price for the privacy and location. I would highly recommend this for a family weekend getaway!

Bike Riding Time
Very pleasant area, close to Ohiopyle so we rode bikes both days and there was a large shed to put our bikes in. Nice hot tub and grill.

Ohiopyle Weekend Trip
Great location a short drive away from ohiopyle trails and activities. Dog friendly, which was the main objective of the trip. Great and fun stay.

Pet friendly?
The cabin was great, just as advertised. Food and clothes are all you need in this well appointed unit. That being said, I never would have booked here if they were more upfront about being "pet friendly." Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, but that isn't known until you book and get the electronic rental agreement. Read carefully, bc there are exorbitant cleaning fees tacked on if dog hairs found on furniture. If you cancel your reservation, you lose your deposit. This caused me to board my dogs instead of taking them with me. I find it somewhat deceptive. Your pet policy should be known BEFORE making a deposit. No complaints with the cabin itself, just the deceptive pet rules.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your comments. Guests traveling with their canine family members are welcome in our all homes. We find our guests to be quite respectful and have never charged the extra cleaning fee.

Birthday weekend
My kids (twin 11 yo girls) had off of school Friday and my bday was Sunday, so I decided to book a little weekend away. The deck/hot tub was phenomenal for the cold, snowy weekend. The cabin is cute, clean and well stocked with the necessities. I let the girls have the king bed which they said was really comfy. I took the queen bed which was very firm and personally didn’t find it comfy but I still slept well. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Great Cabin in quiet area
Really nice and quiet are. Hot tub was the best. It's really quiet in the area with a few places near by so if you need to get some things from civilization, it's not too far away.

Quick getaway
Enjoyed staying in this clean, well-apppointed, and well equipped cottage. Cute forest decor -- even the toilet bowl brush container was decorative! We were there for a quick getaway, so we didnt use the washer/dryer that were there. I would definitely appreciate having them for a longer stay though. The two bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. It was great having a separate entry area from both the front door and back porch. Saves tracking in a lot of snow, leaves, mud etc into the main cabin area. The open living room/ dining and kitchen area was furnished nicely. I think it could be crowded for more than 4 people though. There was a nice large grill and a hot tub on the back covered porch. Didnt have chance to use fire pit or picnic table due to the weather. The last night we were there, it snowed overnight. The roads by the cabin were well maintained. The cabin's location makes for easy access to local attractions. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, Quiet Steal-Away
Really cute little place in a rural neighborhood, conveniently near local attractions (Christian Klay Winery, Stone House Inn, Ohiopyle). We really appreciated the comfy beds and the hot tub on the deck under an awning. It's definitely in the country, so be sure to screenshot your key code before entering the neighborhood - you will NOT have reception. Also, the wifi password could be more prominently displayed (we had to call for the info, only to find it buried in a lengthy welcome email later on, but a small inconvenience overall). All in all, definitely a place I would return to. It was cute and cozy with most things we needed and very little fuss!

Outstanding Cabin
Just completed a 4 day stay at this cabin. It was spotlessly clean, in a perfect location and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. Easy travel to hiking and biking in Ohiopyle. Absolutely loved it and would stay here again without hesitation.

Rustic honeymoon
This little cabin is adorable! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and want to come back again! Everything was perfect except the Keurig needs a cleaning, there's a small part in the back that holds water(where it gets sucked in). They can be a pain to clean but trap the yucky stuff. Even still we just ran to maywood for coffee, it's a 2 minute drive which was so convenient. The hot tub was beautiful to be in at all times of the day, the scenery out back was *chef's kiss* we would book this place again in a heart beat!!

Nice stay
This was a cozy little home. Above all, it was extremely clean. We enjoyed the updated master bedroom with a comfortable mattress. The back porch was nice with lights, big grill and great hottub. The 1 bathroom is spacious. The main living area was comfy & cozy. No frills and seating for 3 in the sitting area and 4 at the kitchen table. The big flat screen tv's were a bonus. The home was right off the main road and conveniently located near Fort Necessity, Braddock's Inn and Laurel Caverns. We enjoyed our stay at this cabin.

Cabin in the woods
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and seemed to be well equipped, although we didn’t stay long enough to do any cooking. The decor is dated and the cabin a bit dark. There was a hot tub but we didn’t use it. However, it takes up almost the entire back deck. It was very hot while we were there and there was no room air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. Probably not a problem most times, but the AC was necessary while we were there. Easy to get to. Overall, this place was clean and suited our needs.

Long weekend get away
Property was very clean. It was small, so I would say 4 adults tops. Tv needs more channels. You are IN the mountains, cell reception is spotty at best. White water rafting (different difficulty) will be your main activity. Fire pit is good, be sure and bring your own firewood. There is a gas grill and a hot tub as well. Property is quiet and peaceful.

Great way to say goodbye summer
My husband and our five-year-old son had a wonderful last trip before summer is done. The cabin was the perfect spot to rest after our hiking and other adventures. Dinner outside, hot tub time and general fun playing tag and chase. The washer dryer combo worked great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go again.

Cozy, clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood
Disappointed at first as yard was muddy and was situated next door to an overgrown unkept property. Inside however was very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing get away. Highly recommend. Close to several good restaurants, hiking, caverns, Ohiopyle, and Fort Necessity. Pet friendly was a plus.

This place had room fresheners and musty smell
For someone who has an allergy to smelly room fresheners, I got an instant headache after opening the door. I removed all the fresheners, one in each room, instantly, but the odor lingered so spent as much time outside as possible. After the perfume odor left, there was a pervasive musty smell. For people not affected by perfumes, this place would be OK.

Cozy and very quaint. Kitchen well appointed, bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the porch and outdoor picnic tables. The only drawback it that it is fairly close to the road. Cars, while infrequent, zoom up and down very fast. But, overall a good experience.
