"Beautiful location and very quiet. We love the decor and the atmosphere inside and out. Very comfortable beds, pretty bathrooms, lots of amenities, games, puzzles, books to read, streaming tv, well-stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, thank you for the coffee! We love watching the birds in the forest from the porch and listening to them sing. Easy access and short drive to nearby Siloam Springs. Thank you for a great stay."

"Beautiful space, wonderful host with a very friendly long haired Chihuahua that brightened our day. It’s a very secluded little cottage with lots of space."

"The property was cozy and adequate size. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and did have some dry food stuffs left over. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Was close enough to downtown Fayetteville to get there quickly. "

"Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. "
