Expedia contacted the hotel for me and they refused to refund my 3 nights I prepaid, refused credit and refused to refund every 1 or 2 nights. I lost $515 and had to pay $800 for 3 nights in Springdale, UTAH. I will contact my credit card company and see if they can assist me with my refund. "

"This motel is extremely quiet! The room is large the mattresses in bedding very nice! Large, bright indoor pool! When you make your reservation, I suggest paying the nine dollars for breakfast! It is an excellent deal!!! it is a fresh made to order breakfast, from a menu! Be sure to get the fresh fruit bowl in addition to your entrée… it was excellent and several days in a row… The only negative, was the lounge was not open for happy hour or in the evening, yet, it was stocked! ...
