"Location perfect for lots of Chicago treasures. The studio unit was larger than expected. The furnishings we're contemporary and very pleasant/comfortable. Bed soft and comfy. Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed."

"We definitely had some issues with this place, but I addressed them to the hostess and they said they would definitely get on top of my request. Communicating with the hostess was excellent. And I believe very much that if they address the issues this place could be a really good place to stay when you visit Chicago"
