"We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view of the historic pipe factory was really neat, and the river spillway was gorgeous. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Next time we’re in town, we will be sure to book with them!"

"I had to come to VA for a school intensive. This apartment was great! Perfect location walkable to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and several beautiful walking/running trials! There is a great Mexican restaurant right next door and a rooftop bar where you can see the river.The sliding door does open right onto the walking path if the curtain is open on the sliding door people could see in. Not a problem personally but good to know.I felt safe while staying there and the host was wonderful...

"The property was easy to get to, parking was right out front (one space with additional street parking), check in was really simple, and the place was very clean! We had a great view and really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. It was walkable to several places, and overall our stay was fantastic!! My one complaint would be the train was a little noisy at night (but that comes with the territory of being near the train tracks downtown). Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Mariner's Landing is a great property with great on-site amenities. There's a nice pool, a lovely little lake beach, and a restaurant on site. The property is very clean and well-maintained.The studio condo we rented was also very nice. Very clean, nicely maintained. There were some nice, unexpected touches - coffee, shampoo, lotion, and other personal care items. I highly reccommend both Mariners Landing and this condo."
