"booked a room with a jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to it but it was leaking when i tried to use it. I was asked to turn it off and maintenance would get to it the next day. maintenance never got to fixing it during my stay and I didnt get to use what i payed for"

"We checked in at approximately 4 PM. We were assigned a room on the first floor. They don't have screens in their windows so there were flying insects in the room(the area has a bug called a Midge). There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. Also, the TV did not work at all except for the guide, but you could not change channels or adjust the volume. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. I do believe...

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"TV service or internet did not work. Complained, they put us in another room TV still didn’t work. Left and was told to call in the morning to speak with manager. She was rude and not helpful at all"

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"I was pretty unhappy with our stay. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned at all during our stay. Front desk staff were on their phones causing folks to wait at the desk. It’s not what I expected at all especially for a place that carries the Hilton name. It is pretty for a wedding venue but rooms that we signed up for were unevenly matched. No seating area in the room except one desk chair and the bed. Our bathroom door was locked and so we were unable to close it all...

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"The room was awesome& I definitely will be using them again when I go to Cleveland to visit my sista! I didn’t like that Expedia or the hotel allowed a single female to be in an adjoining room! I didn’t ask for another room. They said they were full."
