"The water in the shower/bathtub drained very slowly. Although the room had been cleaned, the soap in the shower area was missing. There was no conditioner, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. Since there was only one person at the reception, I had to wait a very long time whenever someone else was ahead of me or staff is on the phon. Even when calling the reception from my room, it was difficult to get through because there was only one staff member on duty."

"I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. "

"This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt. "

"What's great: - The room is spacious - good view if your room faces the direction of Case Western - nice decor and artwork in the room - extra sink outside of bathroom - available parking (~$20 per night) seems secure What's not that great or could be improved: - cleanliness in the common areas and in room - maintenance of the rooms, e.g., bathroom fixtures were loose - The entrance/lobby area feels dated and underwhelming"

"Another guest told us the heat went out on their floor. The bar closes at 10pm ??? What? Staff just mediocre , rooms need to be inspected better by head housekeeper We cleaned out on room "

"Great deluxe room at a small surcharge. Very clean and pleasant, great location. "

"The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. "

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. "
