"Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. We did not visit the on-site restaurant but it's an option.

No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. "Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já

"The hotel Staybridge suites was excellent. Very clean, updated, comfortable bed with a sofa as well. The best part was the free breakfast. Krisha was the person that worked with a couple of others to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. "This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked.
Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$).
