The large dining table seats 10, ideal for family meals. With spacious sleeping areas, including a bonus room for kids, there's room for everyone. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the boat dock, fire pit, gas grill, game room with 70" Smart TV, pool table, ping pong, foosball, yard games, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious lakefront retreat offers plenty of room to gather together while still providing space to spread out and relax. With three separate living areas—including a main-floor living room, a large basement family room, and a bonus room with its own sitting area—multiple families can comfortably enjoy their stay.

The fun continues with a pool table, foosball table, hot tub, and a large outdoor fire pit perfect for evening s'mores and conversations under the stars. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset from the peaceful screened-in porch overlooking beautiful views of the lake.

Guests also have complimentary use of two adult kayaks and one child's kayak, making it easy to explore the lake and enjoy the water during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen and gas grill make meal preparation easy, whether you're cooking indoors or hosting a lakeside cookout. Whether you're here for boating, fishing, family time, or simply relaxing by the water, this home provides the perfect setting for making lasting memories at Tim's Ford Lake.

Lake Information: We enjoy year-round water at our dock. However, from approximately November through March, lake levels are lowered by the TVA, which can make the gangway to the dock steeper than during the summer months. The dock remains accessible, but guests should be aware of the increased incline during this time of year.
Our spacious driveway and front lawn provide ample parking for 10+ vehicles, with plenty of room for boat trailers. While the owner's boat is stored on the lift and the covered slip is not available, guests may tie up their boat alongside the dock, which is equipped with protective bumpers.

A neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located nearby, along with a convenience store offering marine fuel and boating essentials.

• This is a strictly non-smoking property.
• The covered boat slip is not available for guest use, as it is occupied by the owner's boat.


Bring With You:
* Life jackets- we encourage all swimmers and boaters to use life jackets for their own safety.
* Fishing Gear- for the dock or on excursions. Fishing licenses can be purchased online or at the local marina or Walmart.
* Extra beach towels for use on the lake. we have a limited amount of beach towels available for your use, but you may want to bring extra if you have several people.
*Sleeping bags or air mattresses- while we are fine with guests using sleeping bags and air mattresses to best accommodate your group with sleeping arrangements, these are not provided. please feel free to bring and use your own.

Entire house is yours, with the exception the garage and owners closet. Plenty of parking on our huge driveway and front lawn that will accommodate 10 or more cars.
