Grateful for that because we found bloodstains in nearly every bed in the house and the carpets were not vacuumed at all. When we located the vacuum in the closet, the beater bar was clogged with hair and debris - there was no way it was used to clean in between stays. "Such a beautiful house and location. There was so much privacy, It feels like a secluded get-away. The house is so beautifully crafted, with the layout being perfect for larger families and groups. We had a family trip here with 9 people and had plenty of space. It rained the whole time but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beautiful view from the patio. "I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay...

"This was a lovely little place. I stayed in it with my daughter and a friend of hers because they wanted to go to music festival down the road. The house I had a couple of questions during the day, and the host was really receptive and friendly. I would return. Definite recommend! It’s cozy, but that’s the way we liked it.
