"Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months."

Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...

"This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. For $500+ dollars, and the hotel calling themselves “luxury”, the...

"The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. Thank you"
