"The apartment is in a great location. Its spacious inside and really well decorated. There was plenty of street parking. It was a great place and was much cheaper than hotel rooms were going to be. If we come back to Buffalo this summer we will try to stay here again!"

"This property was very outdated, unappealing walk up which I’ll chalk up to winter, hallway roof stains, very worn out noisy uneven wooden floors, old rusted vents, bad lighting with old shower. I feel bad for writing this, but it was really unexpected. The beds were the newest things and were clean and slept well. The couch felt worn, living room table wasn’t clean and overall the place just didn’t feel clean. Some may think it’s vintage, but I wouldn’t recommend. Owner needs to update. "

"Excellent location. Great restaurants and shopping a short walk away. Lots to see and do a short drive away. Room was spacious and on a quieter street. It didn’t seem like this room had been used much recently. Stairs at the entrance were steep and angled. None of the doors shut well if at all. While generally quiet, I could easily hear conversations being had by people outside the two homes nearby. Parking on the street was fairly easy to find and free. I did enjoy having access to a kitchen."
