Apartamentos em Estação State Center-Cultural Center, MD

"Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

"Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72...

"I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...

"Location was ideal for our visit to watch the Phillies play the Orioles. We literally had to walk down the street and cross the road to reach the ballpark - a literal 3 minute walk. Accommodations we're as advertised and more than adequate for our family of three. We would highly recommend!"

"I showed up with my family at 11pm and was told there was no room for us. I had already paid! I am now fighting for a refund. Unacceptable! We drove 6 hours! No one could give us any answers. Called and texted “property manager” who then told me to contact a different person. This other person told me she also had no say or power to check us in. Was then told to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of person responsible for listing either!! We ultimately had to find and pay for a...

"It was a nice stay for me and my friends, we were just sad the AC wasn't working this time around but otherwise we had a great time."

"Our stay was wonderful. The place was immaculately clean and comfortable. The host Christopher responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this establishment. Overall I would absolutely stay there again. It doesn’t dissapoint."

"It was a nice spot as home base for going out into Baltimore. Had a couple friends over "

"Not enough characters to submitt what I really wanna say. But will not refer to any1. ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO WERE WE ACTUALLY NEEDED TO BE"

"The place was exactly as described. Family of four, with 14/11 years old. Kids loved it. Check in process was super smooth. This place had everything that you could think of and a fully functional kitchen. Lots of love and effort went into the details here. Gorgeous decor. Patio was super cute. Great location, walking distance to both stadiums, inner harbour, National Aquarium, and lots of transit options nearby. Shelley was such an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again."
