"We had a great stay! It was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing that we wished it had were a few more towels and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper just in case we weren’t able to get to the store right away. But no worries, we made to the store for what we needed and left extra toilet paper for the next guests. The other thing was… there was no available parking permits left for the Lot on sight…. Luckily we reserved a spot about 1/2 mile away. I think it would be helpful when...

"While the neighborhood itself was nice, this rental was overall a huge disappointment. The listing is very misleading. The building is mostly filled with university students, so it felt more like staying in a dorm than a vacation rental, which was never disclosed.The apartment was in poor condition: everything had been painted over so many times that doors would stick, the microwave door was barely hanging on after being duct-taped as a “fix,” and there were mold spots visible in some areas....

"The apartment, its location and the host were all fantastic. The apartment is older but well maintained. The pictures accurately reflect the property. We were visiting Dana Farber, which was 8 minutes away (15 with traffic). So this is a good spot for an extended stay with fridge, dishwasher and range. Grill was a nice option too. The host was very responsive throughout for questions, but we really didn’t need anything. We will be back in the future."

"Excellent location - easy walk to Commonwealth and Beacon Ave, in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The unit had all the basics. The two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bath setup worked great for a couple and a single, allowing plenty of privacy and shared space. The building is occupied mainly by students from BU, with lots of comings and goings; however, we were never disturbed by noise. We would stay here again. Excellent value for the amount of space and the location."

"The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood close to the T and lots of restaurants and shopping. We were visiting family on the area so didn’t use the kitchen much since we ate out but it did look well stocked for all your basic cooking. The only issue we had was a window AC unit with a broken plug but the host responded quickly and I am sure it will be repaired soon. The weather was cool at night so we could just open the window. Would definitely stay here...
