"Great location to stay at. It is a small apartment great for solo travelers or a petite couple. Street parking does get scarce at night so keep that in mind since the driveway is not always available. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."

"Tracee is a great host! There was a bit of confusion during check-in in the beginning but Tracee was super communicative. The property is in fantastic condition, just as described/pictured. The bedrooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. It was perfect for my group - the neighborhood was very accessible, quiet, and still close to downtown. The free parking in the back was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!"

"We were moving cross country with all our belongings split between two cars and our dog. We are so grateful to have found Tracee's place. The designated parking spot in the back was phenomenal for our peace of mind and there were plenty of additional parking on the street. It's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of friendly locals we met during our walk. It was during a heat wave so walking into the space with the AC on was such a relief.
