"Tracee is a great host! There was a bit of confusion during check-in in the beginning but Tracee was super communicative. The property is in fantastic condition, just as described/pictured. The bedrooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. It was perfect for my group - the neighborhood was very accessible, quiet, and still close to downtown. The free parking in the back was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!"

"Great location in a cute area, and very clean. A washer and dryer is listed as one of the amenities, but in the fine print they mention that laundromats are nearby. To get any information as far as how to check in or get a WiFi code, you have to call the number listed to talk to an AI assistant. I never received an email or message. Also the restaurant downstairs had some sort of issue (perhaps plumbing?) so the whole building reeked. On the bright side, the apartment was clean and large. the...

"Thought the place was great. We had initial concerns because there was news about violence in the area, but we can’t stress enough how much we enjoyed the neighborhood - we had our child and elderly parents with us. The host was really responsive. Loved this place, would book it again."

"We stayed here for 3 nights with family for a high school graduation and a Cubs game. Everything was conveniently located. The kids loved the gaming area, the adults enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable couches. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, plenty of water pressure. Big kitchen with refrigerator, stove and everything you need. Our host, Matthew was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again."

"Communication with Dylan was quick and reliable! Very easy check-in and check-out. If you are from out of town, I would say this area of felt less than safe. The lock on the door was very secure, but could be tricky to work at times. Although cleanliness was less than desirable, there were plenty of towels available! Unfortunately some dishes were put away dirty & we had to wash before usage. Some of the flooring is coming up and can be sharp to step on. We taped some areas down, but I recommend...

"I wish I could give this place more stars. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The property was clean and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. Very good hosts "

"Super Clean and Cute. Will definitely be back"

"My wife and I who are both retired were extremely lucky to get this beautiful apartment. We were in Chicago to visit our son who unbelievably lived just two blocks from this location. There were many shops, restaurants, and bar and grills within walking distance of the front door of the apartment. West Town and Ukrainian village have incredible vibes to them. This property had everything we would possibly need during our stay. It was clean, decorated wonderfully, and the host made the process...
