"Laundry machine was not functioning -- and that mattered to me on this trip. They did not alert me to this fact ahead of time, nor, of this writing, have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Also their check-in process was painful -- even after filling out their form/downloading their app, it was not in the system so I had to call to get it fixed. All of that said -- the space/place is very nice and maybe others will not face the same difficulties I did."
