Apartamentos em Estação Ginza, 13

"家族旅行で利用しましたが、きれいで子どもも大喜びでした。"

"My family had constable stay at the Vanilla Hotel at Fukagawa. The room is new and fairly clean. The location is excellent: there are train station, convenient stores, many stylish cafes, a clean coin laundry, and restaurants. There staff was polite and thoughtful; she rent us a couple of umbrellas on rainy days. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. HEADS-UP: the kitchen doesn’t provide cookware and dishwater. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain. I showered while kneeling down in the tub....

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a good location near the Honzomon station. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining space to eat some meals at our lodging. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. We received quick responses from our host when we asked questions. The check-in process was easy. We would stay here again."

"Amazing location!! An easy walk from the train station and the rooftop deck view of the Tokyo Tower is not to be believed! There are a total of 4 beds…one double in the living room, a couch that converts to a double bed and two twin/single beds in a separate room with a door. We used the futon mat in the closet to make one more bed on the floor. Shower and laundry facilities are excellent! It was a wonderful stay!"

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

"Conveniently located to public transit. The area was quiet at night. Comfortable and a good value!"

"Loved the place the hosts were amazing. Highly recommend"
