"Great little house. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the multi-game arcade! Plenty of room inside. Heads up, no TVs in the bedroom but it was no problem for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe, campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. this place is part of a one story, multi unit house but is extremely quiet and did not feel attached to anything. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again."

"The entire space was amazing. Super clean, super accessible, the host is really responsive and I can guarantee you’ll get a response within minutes. It’s within walking distance, if that’s your thing, to a lot of nearby convenient spots. Also, if you’re unable to walk around, Lyft was fairly affordable to help me get around to further locations. I had an amazing time, and staying here truly enhanced my experience in Phoenix."

"My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street....
