"Terrible they stole my phone"

"Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that...

"I will say that the apartment is conveniently located and does come with a parking spot. However, air conditioning went out the first night we were there which we found out when we woke up to a hot house. Attempted contact with the host several times around 9:30 that morning and ended up escalating it thru expedia and host eventually called back around 1:30 that afternoon... ac technician showed up around 4:30 and eventually fixed the A/C which of course took about 5 or 6 hours to cool down from...

"The accommodation is very good. It has everything you need. It faces a main street and has parking available. However, you need to notify them in advance and pay for it to avoid any issues with inspection. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. "

"Would definitely stay here again! Excellent location , great space."

"Great location Shops and restaurants Clean and spacious room"

"Liked the parking, close to ball park , would have liked more eateries near by. People were friendly, we had a great time. "

"Excelente Airbnb . Um dos melhores de miami . Segurança, localização, silêncio, conforto ."

"I had such a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. They provided all the essentials, including plates, extra blankets, extra towels, shower products, and so many other thoughtful things that made the stay even better. You can tell the host really cares about making sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The host was also very nice, welcoming. Everything was great, I truly enjoyed my stay. I would...

"The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house."

"Very nice host and great place to stay! Close to stores and basic needs. Near restaurants"

"Tudo excelente"

"the location"

"Não achei justo check out às 10h, com check in às 16h. Desnecessário e exagerado. Deveria ser pelo menos 11h ou 12h o check in."

"Much older property than is have guessed from the photos. Obviously using the same photos for every unit. Host did not clarify parking so had to get in touch with them about that (needed clicker to enter gate which was inside the unit). No HVAC air conditioning but the units in the living room and bedroom worked well. Was reasonably priced and convenient for my event but would probably not stay there again based on the age of the building. It SMELLED old in my opinion, and there were spaces...

"Fantastic host. Responds immediately to any question"
