"The property was clean, functional for post op surgery. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing that I wish was told to us was the construction work that was going to be done next door. It was a little bit of a disturbance when recovering but nothing that will be consistently an issue with the property. Eventually the construction will be complete. "

"Apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location in the historic area of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, marina, parks, and metro rail station. We lived in the grove for many years prior to moving overseas. It wasvery nice spending time in our old stomping grounds and seeing all the new development. "Okay place to stay if you dont mind finding rat droppings in a couple of places. Check in process was terrible, the host failed to send check in procedures prior to arrival so when our flight was delayed for 10 hours and tried contacting him at 530 am there was no answer. He replied with "check in is at 3pm" and my reply was "no, check in instructions should be available to check in anytime after check in time". "Checking in was fine. However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work). "Room was not as pictured but communication with host was great. The kitchenette was nice and the private parking was a plus. Will stay again. Might look into reserving directly with owner instead of VRBO as communication with VRBO was not good."

"Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive."

"Nice clean basic accommodation for a single or couple. Contactless check-in was a breeze and communication with host was very good. Parking included. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc in Coconut Grove."

"We were in Miami for our daughter's law school graduation and our family of 5 adults and a baby stayed in the property. It was spectacular! Gorgeous place, very comfortable, amazing views, fully equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth, no problems or delays at all. We had a parking space in the hotel garage. "We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
