"it was nice for something to lay our heads however, Tv does not connect to the internet nor is it in the wall anymore, it is very cold and no heat is available. i got not one but 2 parking tickets, however when i tried to pay on the park chicago app before leaving the car, it says payments not needed. so that was great and no parking was indicated on the app."

The beds were great, and the kitchen nicely appointment.The location (halfway between Loyola and Northwestern) was perfect for us, and the welcome and instructions from the host were timely and helpful.Next trip to Chicago, this is my destination. "We stayed at the apartment for our son’s graduation. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. Communication with our host was excellent from check-in details to details about our stay and check-out. The apartment was clean bright and comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating and we did have an issue with the hot water (none). Our host worked diligently to contact maintenance and fix the hot water. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"We were so pleased with the comfortable and stylish accommodations! The kitchen was well appointed; outfitted with newer small electrics, dishes, and such. The house was exceptionally clean and the furnishings comfortable. This location is close to the lake and downtown is an easy train ride. Host communication, check in, and checkout were all much simpler than other stays. We will be back!"
