"Listing is as advertised - holds a good amount of guests in a single space with plenty of towels, kitchen basics, etc even for a larger group. Living room and kitchen area were great size even though the bedrooms can get pretty tight with 8 guests. Location was great for the Buffalo marathon and for walking to other points of interest (Elmwood Village, Allentown, AKG). Easy parking and access to the unit via key pad. Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and kind!!Two considerations that...

"Our host, Owen, communicated all details very well and was very attentive to our needs. Parking was tight as expected but worked for us. Had several suggestions and sent photos of some things to fix. This place was very convenient for our plans for the long weekend and our family enjoyed spending it together instead of the hotel."
