"The room was clean, the lake view from my room was pretty nice, the restaurants' staff were very friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere was good and the hotel was not overly crowded. Great that there is an Eska spa in the hotel as well. However, there was this female frontdesk staff who was a little rude - on one of the days, I went down to the frontdesk to ask her about what the complimentary coupon for the lobby bar entails. "It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. "

"Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great. Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. "
