"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, gepflegt und hat die perfekte Lage. Man kann direkt vom Hotel in das Grand Batam Mall (das modernste Einkaufszentrum in Batam) gehen wo es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Beauty-Angebote gibt. Für uns war es PERFEKT!!!!"

"Pretty good for the price and short walking distance to the mall."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual and spoke very good English."

"Though the room a bit old but the cleanliness is great. Enjoy the bed softness"

"Excellent hotel for a very competitive price. "

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is a convenience store right next door and Diamond City Mall right across the street. There are restaurants around. Nagoya Food Court is within 8 minutes walk. It is a good location for traveling. The room smells, but I can get used to it. To be honest we can't ask for too much for less than $10 per night. Almost all hotels below 4 stars have the same condition. Because Indonesia is not strict about smoking. If you ask politely, they will change the...

"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. The rooms and hall are spacious and the location of the apartment is quite good, with Top 100 and some eateries within walking distance. The price is...

"Awesome"

"Quiet upset with the hotel condition.. dirty, not well maintain..can't say much.. but a bad experience.."

"Booked mainly for the location, which provided easy access to the well-known A2 Food Market, just a very short walk away. The hotel didn’t overly delight or disappoint. I knew it was a very cost-effective option and therefore wasn’t expecting luxury. Our windowless room meant we arrived to a bedroom with a slightly stale smell and a dated wet room. The mattress was firm but comfortable. A nightclub occupies the first floor of the hotel. Despite staying for only one evening, on karaoke night, we...

"Clean worthless"

"When I showed up to the hotel they gave me a room I walked in and I thought oh it looks a little dated but it's okay. There's a bit of a smell but then when I turn on the electricity and the AC and then went to wash my hands, the sink made an incredibly loud noise due to some faulty plumbing. I informed the staff about it and they asked me if I wanted to try a different room that had no windows so I agreed and I went into that room. I think the AC was working fine but again that room also had a...

"Hotel prices is low.. Old building has small cockroaches is normal."
