"I don’t know if this just happened to be during our stay but there were a TON of flies and dead flies. They were mainly congregated in the laundry room but were throughout the house as well. The house is on a busy road so parking isn’t ideal but we managed fine. They send you messages during your stay and want you to start your laundry before leaving and threaten you with added charges if you’re loud (they have noise monitoring devices in the home) have guests over, or leave any trash out. "Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!"

"Absolutely beautiful property just outside of Lakeside, CA. We selected this location due to it's proximity to my cousin's condo, and it was perfect. House was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and everything was as described! We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts."
