"The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!"

"We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

"We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute little inn. It was super cozy, smartly organized, and offered a lot in a small footprint! Our kids loved the loft, and there was even lighting and a fan provided up there to make it more useable. Our host was very quick to reply if we needed anything and checked to see if we needed anything at least once. I was surprised by a few things that, if different, would have made our stay even better:(1) there is no grass and the property is on a steep hill....

"This place was perfect! Affordable rate for a one-night staycation!It’s a beautiful bungalow that’s cozy and well-kept. We were impressed by the excellent upkeep. Our bungalow was clean and had no unpleasant smells. The shower was bigger than we imagined. Our only wish was for a retractable, removable showerhead to reach hard-to-clean areas.We were both very satisfied with our stay. Having a fridge, microwave, and toaster made everything more convenient, especially since we wanted to heat up...

"Loved, loved, loved this home. Everything was perfect from easy check in to the guest house having all the essentials we needed to using the pool made it super easy and convenient to stay. My family and I felt safe while we stayed here. Will definitely be coming back here."

"The interior was great. Nice look. Clean. I'm sure we were too noisy for him. Our dog was triggered by everything in the neighborhood. Sorry about that! The owner was helpful and noticed a couple of our needs we wouldn't have thought would be available when our family visited for dinner. The unit was probably a granny flat so it's attached to his home. The back yard was...a work in progress. I'd love to be there when his garden is in full use."

"Our visit was a short one but we really enjoyed our stay. The casita was super clean tidy. Great location near lots of restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Jason was very friendly and helpful and was prompt in responding to our questions. Would absolutely recommend it."

"This was a great place for me and my family to stay. Checking in was easy. Parking was easy. There is a parking pass for parking on the street plus there is a driveway as well. The house needed a little more work on the cleaning aspect but informed the owner of the situation. We were completely satisfied with everything else."
