"This was a very nice and clean property. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. The area is nice and quiet, with a few restaurants and distilleries, all within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could see ourselves using this location the next time we decide to visit. "

"Can all of the positive reviews really be accurate? Yes! This is a magical place. Jamie's communication was outstanding. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed. Among our favorite stops were: Gloagburn Farm Shop, Drive up A9 to Aviemore, Dinner at Cairn Lodge, and for me - a day in St. Andrews. "

"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"We had a fab stay at this property. Great location and ideal base to explore. We stayed with our 2 dogs and the garden was secure for them. The beds were super comfortable which was great as there is nothing worse than a bad nights sleep when you are on holiday! The sofas were comfortable too. "Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) "

Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "
