"Such a gem this lovely property so close to Inverness. Paul was a wonderfully gracious and helpful host amd the house was just tremendous. A currated collection of art works, furniture and collectibles made each room its own unique experience. The hot tub was a wonderful addition - one not easily found in the area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself or a small army - we were so grateful to have so many resources at our fingertips. "

"Clean. Comfortable beds and linens. A unique stay in an old home, nicely updated on the inside. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to many restaurants and pubs. Just one block from the River front with nice walks up and down the River with beautiful views. Some happy noise as people returned from being out for the evening - not bothersome"

"House was reasonably clean and well appointed and comfortable. Poor communication from property as to how to check in, which house we were staying at etc.Thankfully the family staying on the other side helped us out. A bit of a far walk from city centre, but doable."

"Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....
