UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
šNOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasnāt built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if youāre looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isnāt the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.
We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!

šŖVENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
šROLLAWAY BEDS: If you will need linens for the rollaway beds, please request in advance. Note: Rollaway beds are supplied unmade with a stack of all necessary linens.
