This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach home with 2 living rooms and extra Queen sleeper is truly a hidden treasure for having fun with family and friends by the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating-in with your family and friends. Enjoy the screened-in lanai for family fun in the heated deck pool and outdoor grilling. Walk outside to the hot tub where you can soak while star gazing and watch the moon rise and fall!

This unique Key West-Style home is located in a quiet, beautifully landscaped neighborhood only 3-mins by car to Manasota Key Beach Park that features free parking and full bath house amenities. Or take a delightful 15-min walk with native Florida foliage along a quiet sand and shell road adjacent to Lemon Bay that takes you over the intracoastal to the exquisite Manasota Key Beach renowned for it's pre-historic shark teeth hunting.

This inviting and playful beach theme home offers all the amenities for a perfect family vacation that boasts a fully stocked kitchen for in-house cooking, granite kitchen counters, ceiling fans, new dishwasher, quality washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and 3 new HVACā€™s with 3 adjustable Ecobee thermostats. Enjoy indoor vaulted ceilings with skylights and lounging areas.

All of the downstairs bedrooms open with double French doors onto the heated-pool deck and screened-in lanai with outdoor lounging and eating areas. Or walk out to the hot tub area where you can soak and relax.

The bedrooms, living room, and dining room are outfitted with hotel style latches for child safety. The open kitchen plan includes banquette seating with a large informal dining space that also opens onto the pool deck with over-sized double French doors. Youā€™ll find an easy flow through the family room, dining room, kitchen and pool deck for family fun and entertainment. The house also features many quiet spaces for resting and restoring.

Walk up the classic yellow-pine stairs and enjoy the view from the floor-to-ceiling picture windows. The second story features a second family TV room/study/play area with pull-out sleeping couch. The 2 upstairs bedrooms feature a Queen bedroom with twin bed, and an over-sized King guest suite that offers privacy and seclusion with double doors over looking the large backyard. The backyard has plenty of room for play with just over half-an-acre providing uncommon privacy and living space in a beach-area home. This unique beach home is perfect for family gatherings!

Wonderful Old Florida Home

The location is half mile from Manasota Beach which was perfect distance for all of us even the 4-year-old to walk to and back. The house has an above ground pool which was refreshing even in the high heat temperatures experienced this June. The inside of the home has coastal decor and was beautifully clean. Cute accent pieces are placed throughout the home which give the atmosphere a welcoming homey feeling. There are cute stuffed animals and books and games for the kids. The layout of the home with three zones worked perfectly for us. I would definitely recommend and go there again.

Best House Ever!!!

We had plenty of beds, towels, bathrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen that made our stay amazing! Having a pool where we could easily watch the kids swim while we cooked was another aspect we loved! Only 2 minutes from the beach made it where we could quickly run back if we forgot something and for lunch. We wish we could find a house like this everywhere we travel!!!

Wedding weekend

The house was a perfect size for our family. Our 6 grandchildren had fun playing with the stuffed animals they found upstairs. They also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.I would not recommend this house for a handicapped person. The front steps and shower were very difficult for me. I have MS and walk with a walker.Other than that the house was very nice.

Great place and management

We rented this for our family for thanksgiving. Beds were amazing, had everything that you could need, management was attentive and helpful. Overall is was a great place to stay with all the comfort and fixings of your own home.

Great family vacation home

First of all I want to thank Gwen for making this home available for us. Our plans changed drastically because our original rental was inhabitable after hurricane Milton. Gwen said we can make it work. We arrived a few days before our family. The sea decor in every room was beautiful. The upstairs area was so perfect for our three grandkids. They loved the space with the stuffed animals. Our mornings were so special sitting out on the front porch having our morning coffee enjoying the warm breeze. The days consist of the beach and pool. Spacious rooms throughout with plenty of kitchenware. Plenty of pool towels for everyone. Lots of pool toys, beach toys, chairs and beach umbrellas are all available. Great vacations go by quickly and this one sure did. We will be back. Thanks again Gwen

Fantastic Beach getaway

A short drive to the beaches and downtown historic Venice for shopping. This house was great for 3 families with children. Plenty of room to hang out and to spread out. Location was nice on a dead end road. This is probably one of the best rentals weā€™ve stayed at to date.

Perfect beach getaway for the whole family

Beautifully done property with everything you need. More than enough space, and activities for the entire family. The house itself is so amazing with all its unique features, and spacious layout. But the care and attention to detail put in by the host really show. Great location less than 20min from town, and beach within walking distance. The pool, grill, hot tub, disk golf, fully equipped kitchen, board games, cards, coloring books, multiple smart tvā€™s throughout, and book shelves full of every kind give you plenty to do if you just want a relaxing day in. Definitely booking a return trip!

Perfect Family House

We stayed a week in this large, well appointed family house near Manasota Beach. Our family is aged 74 to 3 months. Each family enjoyed a spacious bedroom(2 with en-suite baths). The location is close to several nice beaches. However, our kids really enjoyed the pool that was surrounded by a nice deck (and a beer fridge). The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. A propane grill is provided. Our Florida vacation coincided with 4 days of torrential rain. Luckily we could escape them by driving about an hour north to beaches and museums in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Two water adventures were cancelled, but we still had fun!

From swimming in the ā€˜just right for young childrenā€™ pool to visiting 3 different beaches all within a short drive with beautiful water and beaches covered with shells and fun to find sharks teeth, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful family friendly home. Our new favorite short term rental

The house was immaculate. The pool and spa were both sparkling clean. All the mechanical systems in the house worked flawlessly, not always easy in a house of this size. It was obvious that our host Gwenā€˜s mission was that we enjoyed her house to its fullest. Gwen was personable, friendly and very accommodating. It was always pleasure communicating with her and her replyā€™s were always prompt. We had four couples staying in the house for five days and all they had to say were good things. This is the best managed house we have ever stayed in and is our new favorite short term rental.

Nice cute bungalow

The house is very open bright and cheerful. The only negative is the front porch is disintegrating and the bedroom with three beds. The third bed is a trundleā€¦ Other than that the place was clean very bright well maintained serve our purpose well and my customers enjoyed themselves.
